Experimental characterization of a household heat pump tumble dryer noise

چکیده

In this paper, an experimental approach for acoustic characterization of a household heat pump tumble dryer is developed. The main noise sources including BLDC motor, centrifugal fan, drain pump, and ventilation duct were identified using camera survey based on beamforming, sound pressure level, directivity, laser Doppler vibrometer vibration velocity measurements. addition, reduction measures taken , power level directivity measurements used to evaluate the significance total emission. As result, A-weighted was reduced from 64.8 60.4 dB pattern improved. proposed identification validation can be applied other complex appliances similar size.
